Are the Texas Rangers the team of the future?

It's unfortunately the Astros division to lose, but we all know that the Texas Rangers are trying to make waves. Brand new stadium, half a billion invested in their middle infield for the next decade, and a bolstered pitching staff headlined by Jacob deGrom. The AL is a gauntlet, but the Rangers are definitely built to compete.

I don't think it's talk about enough how solid the Rangers farm system is. Their prospects are poised to make this team great for years to come. There's six players listed in the MLB's Top 100, featuring Josh Jung and the Vanderbilt duo of Jack Leiter and Kumar Rocker.

The Rangers already locked in Luisangel Acuña, the brother of Ronald Acuña Jr, and now they added another superstar relative to the mix. This week, they signed Pablo Guerrero, the son of Hall of Famer Vladimir Guerrero Sr. and younger brother of the Blue Jays’ Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Talk about firepower. You add these two players with the youth they have building, I'd be placing futures on the 2030 Rangers.
