Another weekend of golf in the books. We are gearing into the season, and we couldn't be more excited. We've just finished the Wells Fargo Championship and now we're less than two weeks away from the PGA Championship. Not to mention, the US Open is on the horizon. It's the best time of year for golf fans alike.
Today, we’re going to go through just about everything. Venues, winners, betting odds, and more. Plus, we'll dive into a sneak peak on what's happening on the LIV Tour.

Wells Fargo Recap
You can say LIV has made some major ripples in the golf universe, and this year, the new league has caused some pretty big changes in the PGA. One being the reduced fields and no cuts at designated events. They have also boosted the purses of the tournaments, to help dissuade golfers from jumping ship.
Wyndham Clark had a monumental win at Quail Hallow, finishing -19 under with a huge pay day. That said, if LIV hadn’t made this change to golf, Clark wouldn't be winning more than $3 million in a non major. It's a major pay bump from his last win at the Open Championship last July, where Clark netted only $485,000.

The Buzz Around LIV
The LIV Tour has been rocking and rolling since three of their players finished within the top ten of The 2023 Masters. Chase Koepka, brother of Brooks, had a huge hole in one the previous tournament that shot the world on fire.
LIV has also been bringing guests out to the tournaments, maybe to tee off at the opening hole, or give interviews. Celebrities the likes of former President Donald Trump, comedian Bert Kriecher, and Caitlyn Jenner, have been a few celebrities making cameos at various events.
Odds at the AT&T Byron Nelson
The next stop on the tour brings us to McKinney, Texas, for the AT&T Byron Nelson. It'll serve as a place for players already in the PGA field to refine their game, or a last-second chance for some players to earn a spot. At the moment, we’ve got some great picks which are brought to you by DraftKings Sportsbook:
Scottie Scheffler (+500)
Jordan Speith (+1000)
Tyrrell Hatton (+1400)
Jason Day (+1600)
Tom Kim (+2000)
Obviously, not a star studded cast for this tournament as it’s the final event until the PGA championship, but there are still some high quality pros attempt to close out with a win. My pick is Scottie Scheffler, and you’d be crazy not to pick him.
What's Coming Up
The PGA Championship will be hosted by Oak Hill CC in Rochester, New York. The PGA will be competing with LIV’s event, which will be held at Tulsa.
LIV had their previous event in Singapore from April 28th-30th. It was hosted by Sentosa GC. The individual winners for the event were Taylor Gooch, Sergio Garcia, and Brooks Koepka. The victorious team was the RangeGoats GC.
The 2023 US Open will be held at Los Angeles CC, and while we’re here let’s go over where it will be held the next few years: 2024 will be held at Pinehurst Resort and CC, 2025 will be held at Oakmont CC, and 2026 will be held at my dream course, and near my hometown, the beautiful Shinnecock Hills in Southampton, NY.
At this point, it’s way too early to tell who will bring home the Open trophy, but my picks would be any of the following: Brooks Koepka, Phil Mickleson, Scottie Scheffler, Jon Rahm, and Matthew Fitzpatrick.
