Met Life: Lots to be thankful for, except the refs. Giants fall to Cowboys

Short week, tons of injuries, and one big fat L to digest after the Thanksgiving hungover subsided. It was a game of missed opportunities. Despite keeping the game close, the Giants couldn't buy a chance.

The refs didn't help the game, and I am not one to make excuses, but some of their calls were inexcusable. Kayvon Thibodaux was blantanly held, despite getting 5 QB hits. No sacks were recorded in favor of the Cowboys O-Line.

Daniel jones tossed over 200 yards, and Kenny G accounted for 0 of them. I hope they actually sign OBJ, because we would be an absolute difference maker on this team. However, the receiving core is holding it down for now. Speaking of OBJ, Darius Slayton made the catch of the season, almost in an identical spot of where Beckham made his.

Yes the Giants lost, but they only lost by 8. America's Underdog covered again. Now it's still diminishing, the little losing streak the Giants have is not something this new era is accustomed to. The NFC East isn't an easy playground, the Commanders are right on their tail.

At the end of the day, at least Giants +9 was the play. Good teams win, great teams cover.

Not to say it's a must win, but it's a must win. We got Commanders for the first game of December. Time to get back in the win column, and keep the playoff hopes alive.
