Rhode Island Hoops Player of the Week: Bryce Hopkins - Providence

After weeks of honorable mentions, Bryce Hopkins of Providence gets the nod for Rhode Island Hoops Player of the Week! Opening up Big East play, the Friars took down Seton Hall on Saturday in a 71-67 victory, led by Hopkins career-high 24 points and 10 rebounds. It was his fourth double-double of the season. A key highlight of the game came in the first half, when Hopkins scored back-to-back baskets giving the Friars a three-point lead with 9:52 remaining in the half. Congrats to Bryce!
