Rhode Island Hoops Player of the Week: Devin Carter - Providence

Kicking off the new year, we have our first Rhode Island Hoops, Player of the Week, Devin Cater from Providence. The Friars guard had himself a solid week, leading Providence to two wins in Big East play. In a 20 point win against Butler, Carter led all scorers with 21 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists. Today against Depaul, he emulated his performance in the last game, dropping 22 points this time around. Congrats to Devin!
