Super Bowl LIX: The House Enterprise Crew Makes Their Picks!

Writer's picture: Sam BaselSam Basel

We've made it! After five months of football, we've finally arrived at the Granddaddy of Them All. As the Chiefs and the Eagles prepare for their rematch from two years ago, our House Enterprise crew makes their picks for the Big Game!

I think I've seen this film before...and it ended with the Chiefs winning. The Eagles offense is dynamic, but it still runs primarily through Saquon Barkley. If the Chiefs can limit his touches and prevent him from getting into open space, Kansas City can maintain control here. As long as Mahomes and Co. can move down the field methodically and avoid big mistakes, they should cruise to a hard-fought win.

Final Score: Chiefs 28-24

Philly is better on paper, but KC has the advantage at QB and head coach. The Chiefs defense will keep the game close enough for Mahomes to lead yet another comeback victory in the Big Game. Give me the second-best player ever to complete the historic 3-peat.

Final Score: Chiefs 27-23

This game will be very dinky-dunky start. It will be competitive throughout, and then the Chief will win because Mahomes is inevitable. Then, I'll spend the next few hours after the Super Bowl bullying my Patriot-fan friends about how he's the best QB of all time. Also, Barkley won't go nuclear on the ground, and will finish a touch under 100 rushing yards. Kelce won't do much, either. Come at me, Old Takes Exposed!

Final Score: Chiefs 24-21

The Chiefs have a chance to do something never before seen in NFL history. The collective thought with each recent iteration of the Chiefs is that they'd have some weakness that would eventually be their downfall. The Eagles are talented on both sides, but the Chiefs have reached levels of inevitability on the biggest stage. I'm not betting against Patrick Mahomes. Chiefs complete the three-peat.

Final Score: Chiefs 31-24

The Eagles will get their LIX back in Super Bowl LIX. The Birds have the better defense, more explosive offense, and will dominate in the trenches. The Eagles aren't the heroes America deserves, but the heroes America needs.

Final Score: Eagles 34-24

The Eagles will win Super Bowl LIX over the Chiefs. Saquon Barkley will be the x-factor in this game for Philly. The Chiefs defense isn't good enough to contain him. The Eagles defense will play their best game all season to contain Patrick Mahomes and prevent any big Chiefs plays down the stretch.

Final Score: Eagles 23-20

Jordan Laube (@JordanLaubeFB)

The Eagles will run their offense through Saquon like they always have, but Spags will have the right answers to shut him down. Through a dink-n-dunk offense and a few big plays from their backups, the Chiefs will win a defensive battle.

Final Score: Chiefs 24-22

Whether or not you fear the Super Bowl is rigged, it's the Big Game, and you're gonna watch it. Philadelphia definitely has the stronger team with a phenomenal offense. They're filled with talent, have a stout offensive line, and boast an unforgiving defense. However, the Chiefs are a dynasty, and the experience and poise they've demonstrated in the postseason is hard to ignore. I think it's going to be another great battle between these two teams, but the Chiefs undoubtedly come out on top and cement themselves in NFL history with the three-peat.

As for touchdown scorers, it's hard to deny the season that Saquon has had. As a Giants fan, I fear he's going to have a game. Count him in for a score. Finally, it wouldn't be a Hollywood ending without Travis Kelce dropping six on the biggest stage in sports.

Final Score: Chiefs 31-27
