We have failed a generation of kids. Gen Z doesn't know that the real Melo is Carmelo Anthony...

Sickening, heartbreaking, no respect for their elders. Carmelo Anthony was and always will be my favorite Knick and quite possibly my favorite player in the league. The fact that these kids have no idea that he's the true Melo is heartbreaking. What did we do to fail this generation?

What makes matters worse is that back in 2021, Carmelo and LaMelo swapped jerseys, and last season, he played for the Lakers. Carmelo isn't some ancient relic that is being thawed out of permafrost, he was cooking less than a year ago in the league?!

No disrespect to Ball, he outshined his brothers and he is going to be a fine guard in his career, but he will never be him. Stay ME70 kids...
