Will Los Angeles finally be the spot where James Harden wins?

First off, a little 2AM Woj-Bomb to keep the midnight oil burning. All I can say is "wow". You're telling me this couldn't have been done in the morning? Secondly, this is one of the reasons why Wojnarowski is the GOAT. Shams hasn't tweeted in 13 hours. My man has been lost in the Kay Adams sauce, and is going to wake up with some real regret.

But I digress, because yet again, a major star has been moved in the NBA. It's crazy how these things unravel in the league. I like the volatility but I also hate the massive changes in the landscape. There isn't much loyalty in the league anymore. But anywho, Harden is now a Clipper. We don't know the full details yet, but the internet is already having a frenzy.

Update: Sixers receive Marcus Morris, Nic Batum, Robert Covington, KJ Martin, 2028 first round pick, two second rips, and a pick swap. Clippers are also getting PJ Tucker.

Harden is heading to his fifth team, where he now joins more potential Hall of Famers in his pursuit of a ring.

He developed his craft in OKC alongside Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. He evolved his game and became a star, playing with Carmelo Anthony, Dwight Howard, and Chris Paul. He joined the Nets and regrouped with Kevin Durant, while sharing the court with Kyrie Irving. He made his way to Philly and teamed up with Joel Embiid. Now, it's Los Angeles he goes, creating the tandem of Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and Russ.

There are very few players in the league that have a resume like Harden. He's a 10x All-Star, a 7x All-NBA Selection, 3x Scoring Champion, 2x Assist Champion, 6th Man of the Year, and an MVP. However, is he happy, and will this be the place that brings him a championship?

They have the talent, but will they have the depth? (Update: Sixers - not really, see above). I bring up happiness too, because Harden's track record hasn't proved to work just yet. This team could work, if they all work together, but can they stop the Nuggets? Will they put up a fight against the Suns? Are they no longer little brother to the Lakers? All these question, without any answers at 2am on a Tuesday.

Side note - if the 76ers are moving pieces, Joel Embiid... you ARE a New York Knick.
